Stranded, Underhanded, Blending in with the crowd Everything you care about stopped speaking so loud Grew up one way, Lived life another Why must you be like everyone else, instead of being an other Why can't you stand on your own two feet Is it the fear of tasting defeat You blend in so well and just turn to grey What happened to you, the blue, that I knew the other day You started being like everyone else To tell you the truth, it's affecting your wealth Not the money, which you now strive to get But your health and your fam, that have taken the hit Go ahead and conform, Don't try to weather the storm Be taken in and swept away Don't worry, You'll Die, You'll cry, And the light will shine again someday.
